Returns and exchanges
Need to return something?
Just make sure that the item is undamaged and hasn't been worn. All tags must still be on the garment. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different item or a giftcard.
With our own atelier in Belgium we prefer to help you make your item fit. Be sure to contact us at email@example.com for any alterations or questions about care and fit.
OPTION 1: You would like to exchange your item for a different size, another product or gift card?
Then your return is FREE!
Simply follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery:
1. Go to https://tutuchic.shipping-portal.com/returns on your computer
2. You will need to fill in your postal code and the tracking number of the package you received from us.
You can find your tracking number here on the shipping label:
3. Check return details, select the items you wish to return and fill in the reason why. Don't forget to include what you want to receive in return!
4. Follow the rest of the steps to create your return label
5. Download and print your return label
6. Place the items you wish to return neatly back in the box, seal it, and place the return label on top of the original shipping label
7. Drop your parcel off at your chosen drop−off point
OPTION 2: You simply want to return an item for a refund?
Follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery:
1. Print this document and fill in your name and online order number:

Select the items you wish to return and fill in the reason why.
Don't forget to include that you want to receive a refund!
2. Place this form and the items you wish to return neatly back in the box and seal it
3. Bring your parcel toyour preferred courier service
4. Send your package to:

6. Make sure you receive proof of shipment from the courier
Expenses for shipping are to be paid by the customer
Allow 7 working days after your return has been delivered back to us for us to process your refund
