RETURNS FORM 

Need to return something?

Just make sure that the item is undamaged and hasn't been worn. All tags must still be on the garment. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different item or a giftcard.

With our own atelier in Belgium we prefer to help you make your item fit. Be sure to contact us at info@tutuchic.be for any alterations or questions about care and fit.

OPTION 1: You would like to exchange your item for a different size, another product or gift card?
Then your return is FREE!
Simply follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery:

1. Mail us at info@tutuchic.be

2. Send us your order number  (#0000) and the tracking number  of the package you received from us. 

You can find your tracking number under the barcode on the shipping label:
                                                   
3. Send us the shipping address, desribe the items you wish to return and fill in the reason why. Don't forget to include what you want to receive in return!

4. We will send you a return label

5. Download and print your return label

6. Place the items you wish to return neatly back in the box, seal it, and place the return label on top of the original shipping label

7. Drop your parcel off at your chosen drop−off point

Allow 10 office days after your package is delivered so we can process your return


OPTION 2: You simply want to return an item for a refund?

PLEASE NOTE ! Sale items can only be exchanged for a different item or a giftcard.

Follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery:

1. Mail us at info@tutuchic.be

2. Send us your order number  (#0000) and the tracking number  of the package you received from us. 

You can find your tracking number under the barcode on the shipping label:
                                                   

 Print this document and fill in your name and online order number:

Customer name:                                                                         Online order number:

Describe the items you wish to return and fill in the reason why.

Don't forget to include that you want to receive a refund!

3. Place this form and the items you wish to return neatly back in the box and seal it

4. Send your parcel via your preferred courier service to:

                                         Tutu Chic
                                    Halewijnlaan 80
                                      2050 Antwerpen

5. Place the return label you receive form the courier on top of the original shipping label

6. Make sure you receive proof of shipment from the courier

Expenses for shipping without exchange are to be paid by the customer
