DELlVERY
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery in Belgium is € 7 (Bpost).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to different countries, you can select your country when you're completing your order details.
What are the delivery terms?
Our products are handmade in Belgium so not all our products have stock.
Most items we endeavour to deliver within 2 weeks of placing the order.
International orders are delivered with the local postal service and may take longer.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country.
You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Tutu Chic.
In the event this happens, Tutu Chic may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you.
We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
RETURNS
Your order can always be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, if it meets the following requirements: make sure that the item is undamaged and hasn't been worn, all tags must be intact.
An item can only be exchanged for as long as the stock extends. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different item or a giftcard.
Please follow the steps for returning an item on the returns and exchanges page.
CARE & WASH
Due to our special and handmade garnments who sometimes
have applications we recommend manual handwash only.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron on the lowest stand possible.

PAYMENTS
Which payment options do I have?
You can pay by Bankcontact/MisterCash, VISA, iDEAL or PayPal.
Can I use my gift card?
Yes, you can use the code you find on your giftcard in the section 'Gift card or discount code' at the checkout.
Can I use multiple gift cards or discount codes at once?
No it not possible to combine gift cards or discount codes.

ORDERING
Can I make changes to, or cancel my order? Confirmation by email:
After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us. This mail lists the order information. If you have not received a comfirmation email, check your spamfolder first before contacting us at info@tutuchic.com
You did not receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email you may have provided an incorrect email address.
Check in your account to make sure you have provided the correct email information.
It could also be in the spam filter of your mailbox, so always check your spam box or the ‘unwanted email’ folder. Contact us at info@tutuchic.com if you have not received any mail.
Order process:
Then you can simply continue shopping. When your total order is ready, return to the shopping basket to continue to payment. Upon further reflection, have you decided not to purchase a particular item? Remove the product from the Shopping basket by clicking on the Waste bin.
After you have added the product to the shopping basket, you should complete the information. If you have a discount code or e-gift card you can enter the code in the 'Discount' section.
3. Paying securely
After you have entered all your information, choose your payment method. We offer Bankcontact/MisterCash and Paypal.
4. Order completed
Your order has now been placed. In a clear summary you can see all the information listed.
